Most Balkan Sunflowers programs have focused on youth and children. These have included youth video and photography programs, Tai Chi, English classes, computer instructions, sports programs and tournaments, scouting , and music workshops. Early childhood education has been particularly important. The Learning Centers Network in Kosovo and the Soncogledi School, in Macedonia enable some of the regions most disadvantaged children to have a chance.
